Pond Hill Farm in Harbor Springs boasts its own farm chef, Scott Schornak. A trained chef, Scott is flipping burgers at the farm’s Garden Cafe one minute, then developing the menu for an elegant on-farm dinner the next. And preparing farm-fresh food grown right outside the restaurant door fits with his growing commitment to sustainability.
