Vinnie (643295) - My foster Mom adores me. I am well mannered and know sit, down, and shake. I’m good with other dogs and cats. I would love a new family. Can it be yours? (Vinnie is a five-year-old neutered male. Breed is mixed shepherd.)
Nigel (633492) - Nigel is a 3- to 4-year-old kind medium-energy dog. He has been in a foster home and not only gets along fine with cats but actually has snuggled with his feline foster cat. He has also been gentle around children. This guy is a gem and wants to show you what a fabulous relationship he will have with a loving family. (Nigel is a neutered male hound mix.)
Simon (635833) - I’m a very friendly kitty. I play with cats and dogs at my foster home. I’m looking for a family with lots of laps to cuddle on. (Simon is a young adult neutered male.)
Angelo (623483) - Hi, I’m Angelo, an orange and white cutie. I’m a friendly cat, but am a little scared at the shelter. Take me home, and I promise to love you to pieces. (Angelo is a young adult neutered male.)

June 5, 2010 - 9 AM Okemos - T-shirts, goodie bags and prizes
Join us June 5, 2010 in Okemos - walk your dog and raise funds for the homeless animals at the Ingham County Animal Shelter. Funds raised help our animals with medicine and much-needed medical treatment. The shelter cares for more than 5,000 animals from Ingham County each year. The 1.5 mile walk starts in the Okemos Walmart parking lot at 9 AM; registration opens at 8 AM. Registration forms and pledge sheets available on-line at >www.ingham.org/ac. Registration also available the day of the walk. Register by May 12 to get your t-shirt ordered by the day of the walk.
