An issue that surfaced frequently during the press conference at the Marshall Street presser about the ice storm was the poor communication with the public, including a failure by the Lansing Board of Water and Light to issue any update for 24 hours. Here a resident asks BWL’s General Manager J. Peter Lark about the company’s failure to use social media.
