The Averill Neighborhood of Lansing developed a list of questions they would like answered about the Board of Water and Light’s performance related to the continuing power outages resulting from the pre-Christmas ice storm. Margaret Kingsbury delivered the list to the Lansing City Council at the special session on the ice storm on Monday, Dec. 30.
