MONDAY EVENING, OAK PARK YMCA
I see again
a trickle of men
emerging from the peewee-sized doors
of the racquetball courts
wearing their Jim McMahon
sweatbands and knee-braces
perspiration clinging
to each wrinkle
and kinked body hair
like overcooked pasta.
I want to high-five them all.
